Search Engine Analysis (SEA) and Search Engine Optimization ( SEO)

Effective Realty Sites offers a range of optimization services to eliminate hurdles that stand between your site and strong organic search placement.

Although available as a separate service for those who wish to perform their own optimization, our optimization process begins with our custom Search Engine Analysis (SEA) service to carefully analyze the existing performance.

Where are the hurdles we are looking for?

• Keyword Density/Saturation Analysis - With any website that has organic search returns as a desired source of traffic it is critical that the Saturation or Density levels of those key terms or phrases match the appropriate levels - this means not too high and not too low - there is a range that need be kept while maintaining a flowing, professional, readable content copy.
• Meta Data - Page Title, Meta Description, Meta Keywords among other Meta elements are critical to positive search rankings for organic search and identifying your sites industry, purpose and content with the appropriate categories
• H1, Bold etc. Tags - In addition to the density of site copy content the density/saturation levels are looked at separately with distinctly different target levels
• Accessibility Elements - There are a number of reasons to look into whether or not the accessibility options are in use. The intended purpose is to ensure that users of various impairments have access to your sites with elements such as image alt tags that provide a description of the content in images that are used for screen readers to describe to the visually impaired visitor. These elements can also enhance your rankings for 2 reasons 1) your site is viewed as being more legitimate for having them and 2) These descriptions provide another avenue to utilize keywords for organic search indexing with some engines.
• Markup Code Syntax and Practices - This is a review of the HTML, JavaScript, ASP, PHP, Flash scripts and code utilized within the site for errors which may cause confusion or stall the search bots during the crawling of your site - It's been speculated and illustrated that poor code or specific errors can result in the indexing spider/ bot to ignore your site altogether or dismiss the remaining content beyond the error point and move on to the next site it is to crawl.

Once deficits and strengths are identified we submit a list of recommended changes and a list of elements to maintain for approval, at which point either we perform the required changes or if only an analysis was purchased the client is free to take or leave our advice.

In the case that Effective Realty Sites is handling the editing of the site on an ongoing basis the changes are implemented and tested, a complete repeat of the analysis is run to confirm that the desired targets have been reached - if they have we move on to the Search Marketing if so contracted or the suggestion is made for the client to begin the online promotion of their site.

During the next weeks we maintain a watchful eye on the search performance, and traffic levels to the site.

It is important to note that Search Engine Analysis, Optimization and Marketing are designed to enhance the traffic element required in making a site effective - specifically the organic search results for "keywords", "key phrases" and "long tail" returns.
